1. Acceptance of Terms

Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. There is no account to close and nothing to cancel.

2. Description of Service

StoryPeeker shows publicly available Instagram profile content inside a web browser. It reads only what a profile has already been set to share publicly. It does not get past privacy settings, cannot reach private accounts, and never asks for Instagram credentials.

The service is free and needs no registration. We may change how it works, or stop offering it, at any time and without notice.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 to use this site, or older where local law sets a higher age. If you are under 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

Use this site lawfully. You must not use it to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten or intimidate anyone
• Collect material for blackmail, defamation or any other unlawful purpose
• Republish someone else's content in a way that breaks their rights
• Run scripts, scrapers or automated requests against the service
• Copy, resell or rebrand any part of it

What happens to content after it leaves this site is the responsibility of the person who took it.

5. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos shown here belong to whoever created them. We claim no ownership and keep no archive. Saving a file does not give you permission to republish it, and copyright law still applies.

6. No Affiliation with Meta Platforms, Inc.

StoryPeeker is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and all related marks belong to Meta Platforms, Inc. and are used here only to describe what the tool works with.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will return a result for any given profile. Instagram can change how public content is served at any time, and that may stop this tool working without warning.

8. Limitation of Liability

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including lost data or content that expired before you saved it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination of Access

Access can be restricted or blocked at any time, without notice, where the service is being abused or these terms are being broken.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
